OIB General Contracting is led by Ken Athans, a retired U.S. Navy Captain with 32 years of service and a career spent leading complex operations where failure wasn’t an option. That standard — plan thoroughly, communicate clearly, execute relentlessly — is how we run every project.

OIB General Contracting is a Texas commercial general contractor. We serve as the corporate builder for Treazure Studios, a growing salon-suite franchise — which means we don’t just build for expanding brands. We are one.
